I just wanted to write a letter of thanks today for the job that was done on my new kitchen window. I don't usually write these types of letters. (I have never written one before) so you know it was an exceptional job. Today was my wife Tracy's birthday, and I was making the window in my kitchen larger so that she could see out into the back yard and pool. Before the window was high up and the wall cut off her view of the backyard. The job was a complete surprise to my wife.

First, Nick did a great job on the sales side, taking his time to show and explain all my options in full detail, very professional, and from there I placed my order about two months ago, picking today's date as the surprise date. Sure enough, Rocky waited at the end of the street until he saw my wife's vehicle leave for work, and then began his work. I can't believe how efficiently Rocky worked on his own, and what a great job he did. Rocky was also very professional. The window looks better than I could have imagined. When my wife came home from work, she loved the window so much she started to cry. Thanks again, and I will definately refer your company whenever anyone mentions they are looking to put in new windows.

We had a lot of problems with our original bay window. A friend of mine recommended Windowguard Canada Inc. When Nick, the representative of the company, inspected our bay window, he explained that the installer would have to remove everything and start from scratch. The installer built an all new bay window with a larger base and bigger projection. My wife was ecstatic; she had more space for her plants. We were really surprised how well they made the window. But it was an absolutely different story, Nick inspected the window (it is his duty to check if the glass was tampered with), they sent the crew from the factory and it took 15 minutes for the crew to change the cracked glass unit. I have made 2 contracts with Windowguard Canada Inc. First – they replaced several windows in my house and later I decided to order 2 doors. The original side door was installed incorrectly and there was a constant leaking through the bottom of that door into my basement. The manager sent a very experienced crew. Before installing the new door they built up a small wall using concrete blocks to make a higher level for the new door, correcting the problems. Roque, the installer, did an excellent job. It is amazing how perfectly he built a new wall and installed the door. He is very professional, he knows so much about construction. Especially, if you have an unusual job to be done, they are great at solving construction problems.

New House – 12 years old – and unfortunately we had a big problem. I noticed that part of the floor, which is close to our sliding door, started moving when we walked over it. I removed the linoleum and found that the plywood underneath was rotted– it was constantly leaking through that door from the first day it was installed. I checked the market and made a quick but right decision. The manager of Windowguard sent a top installer, who knew the best way to fix the problem. Roque did an amazing job! He had to remove 2 original floor beams, when he removed the plywood he found that the beams were rotted as well. He installed 3 new beams instead of two for extra support – it’s a high traffic area. He installed new plywood and replaced the sliding patio door, I really appreciate that the manager of the company sent the most experienced crew.
